Acceptance
By using workspace-field.click or registering for Field Workshop sessions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a seat.
Services described
Field Workshop offers in-person and, where arranged, video training on candlestick behavior and entry timing practice. Content on this site is informational. Pricing pages do not create a purchase until we confirm a seat in writing and you accept the stated total.
Accounts and accuracy
You must provide accurate contact details when requesting a seat. We may refuse or cancel a booking if information is misleading or if you are under 20 years of age.
Intellectual property
Workshop materials, chart packs, checklists, and website copy belong to Field Workshop or its licensors. You may keep materials provided for your personal learning. You may not copy, sell, or teach from our packs as your own curriculum without written permission.
Educational nature
Sessions teach chart-reading craft. They are not investment advice, brokerage services, or a promise of trading results. You remain responsible for your own decisions and capital.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Field Workshop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from trading decisions you make after sessions. Our aggregate liability related to a paid booking is limited to the fees you paid for that booking.
Conduct in the room
Harassment, recording without consent, or disrupting other participants may lead to removal without refund beyond what the refund policy allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
