Refunds & cancellations

Scope

This policy covers paid seats and mentorship hours for Field Workshop formats described on this site: Candlestick Behavior Intensive, Entry Timing Lab, Chart Mentorship, and Evening Market Review.

Eligibility window

• Full refund of fees paid if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before a workshop or lab start time.
• 50% refund if you cancel between 13 and 7 days before start.
• No refund for cancellations inside 7 days, no-shows, or departure mid-session without a documented emergency we accept.

Evening reviews paid as single seats follow a 48-hour full-refund window; inside 48 hours they are non-refundable but may be moved once if space exists.

Deposits

Deposits that hold an intensive or lab seat are refundable on the same timeline as the full fee. If only a deposit was paid, the refund percentage applies to that deposit.

Mentorship

Cancel a mentorship hour at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund or free reschedule. Inside 24 hours the hour is charged. If we cancel, you choose a full refund or a new slot.

Work already started

Once an intensive day has begun, that day’s fee is non-refundable. Unused future days of a multi-day intensive may be discussed case by case if we must cancel our own delivery.

Materials

Printed chart packs prepared for you are non-refundable once printing has started, even if you later cancel the seat under the timelines above. Digital checklist templates remain yours if you attended any portion.

Rescheduling

You may request one complimentary move to a later published date of the same format if you give at least 7 days’ notice and seats remain. Further moves may require a new deposit.

No-shows

Missing a session without notice forfeits the fee for that session. Mentorship no-shows forfeit the booked hour.

How to request a refund

Email hello@workspace-field.click with your name, format, date, and payment reference. We confirm eligibility within three business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Bank transfers outside Thailand may take longer depending on your bank.

Exceptions

Serious illness or documented emergencies may allow goodwill credit toward a future date even inside the normal windows. We decide these case by case and may ask for supporting documents.
