Data controller

Data we collect

  • Name, email, and message content from the contact form
  • Preferred workshop format and optional preferred dates
  • Booking and payment references exchanged by email
  • Technical logs such as IP address and basic browser data when you visit the site
  • Cookie preferences stored in your browser (see Cookies)

We do not ask for national ID numbers, passport scans, or trading account passwords through the website form.

Purposes

We use data to respond to inquiries, confirm seats, send schedule updates you requested, improve the site, and meet legal accounting duties in Thailand.

We process data because you request a service, because we have a legitimate interest in operating a safe practice room, or because Thai law requires retention of certain records.

Retention

Inquiry emails without a booking are kept up to 24 months. Booking records are kept for at least five years for accounting. Analytics cookies, if accepted, follow the durations in the cookies table.

Sharing

We use email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell participant lists. We may disclose data if required by Thai authorities.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside Thailand, we use contractual safeguards appropriate to that transfer and limit access to what the booking requires.

Your rights

Subject to Thai law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Email hello@workspace-field.click. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant Thai data protection authority.

Children

Sessions are for adults 20 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children through this site.

Updates

We revise this policy when our practices change. The updated text will appear on this page.
